Operations and Development Coordinator<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Tilwan Foundation is seeking a motivated and organised Operations and Development Coordinator to support the growth and day-to-day operations of the organisation.<\/span><\/div>\n
The role combines operational coordination, institutional development, and project support, with a particular focus on cultural and creative initiatives, proposal development, and organisational setup processes.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n

The selected candidate will work closely with the foundation\u2019s leadership and contribute to building sustainable systems and supporting the implementation of Tilwan\u2019s cultural and urban initiatives in Libya and beyond.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Support the preparation and development of project proposals, concept notes, and partnership applications.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Assist in operational planning and coordination of organisational activities.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Lead and coordinate institutional legal, financial, and administrative procedures, including organisational registration, bank account setup, and related official documentation.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Coordinate communication and follow-up with partners, consultants, and stakeholders.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Organise internal documents, records, and operational files.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Support the development of internal systems, workflows, and organisational processes.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Contribute to the coordination of cultural, artistic, and urban development initiatives.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Required Qualifications<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Background in project management, cultural management, administration, development studies, urban studies, architecture, arts management, or related fields.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong organisational and coordination skills.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Good writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ability to work across multiple tasks and deadlines.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Interest in culture, heritage, arts, urbanism, and community-based initiatives.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Previous experience with NGOs, cultural organisation, creative initiatives, or development projects is considered an asset.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
\n<\/div>\n
Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience in proposal writing and donor communication.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Familiarity with organisational registration and operational procedures.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Understanding of cultural programming and creative sector initiatives.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team in a dynamic and evolving environment.<\/span><\/div>\n
